The person we met with when we returned the truck got confused with another's truck rental and we had to wait for nearly an hour for her to realize her mistake. She never asked us our name/s or she would not have made the mistake. I think she was new, I believe her name was Elisha or something close to that. She was very nice, I just wanted to make this comment so she could become better. Thanks. Kyle Ward

David HollowellThey were super cool and concerned when I let them know about the issues we had with the vehicle. They took down all the info and the nice lady that did the walk around heard vehicle's awful sound when she turned on to get the mileage. The establishment was 1000% cleaner and inviting than the Texas Chainsaw Massacre general store i picked the vehicle up from.

GAVIN ROBERTSONThere was an issue that came up the day before, where Uhaul wasn't going to have the equipment ready at the time I needed to pick it up. They proactively call me and arranged another location for pick up. It went off without a hitch!

Michelle MeredithI was first told to go to Towne Storage to drop off U-haul. Once there I was directed to Think Storage for drop off because they were full. But another customer came in after me to drop off their u-haul and they took it. So irritating.

It was Sunday so they weren't open, but I was still able to drop off the truck by driving to the location and following the steps via the app, which I sincerely appreciated. The video in the app was very helpful and explained the drop-off steps perfectly well. Thank you!

ANDREA GOOLDVan said it needed an oil change, I wasn’t confident I could rely on it for my needed transportation. Van was marginally clean at best - I wouldn’t get in there with nice clothes on. No shipping blankets were provided even though I specifically requested them. This location feels like uhaul is a “fun afterthought” and no care is taken for the customer. Go to a different uhaul location.

Another Truck was issued, but not a discount for the inconvenience it caused or the problem it could have caused if it happened further away while moving. The location is very clean, and the representative is nice.

Chris BucknerThe only problem was the approval process took longer than I expected. I had to sit for 5-10 minutes waiting for the website to tell me that my information was approved. Not a huge deal, but slightly inconvenient.
KEVIN HINTONThe process of renting the uhaul was awesome. Think storage has always been a great place to begin with but adding the ability to rent uhauls has taken it over the top.

Elliott HurdThe check engine light was on when I picked up the truck. I picked it up after hours and there was no one available to ask for help unless I called to wake up the manager. I checked the truck over throughly. It didn't seem to be related to the drive ability, so I decided to take it anyway. I wasn't sure if was something as simple as low oil or something else. I ran well but there was a noticeable shifting issue because it would buck when shifting. I followed the directions as suggested by going slow (under 55). It was a very clean and very new truck. I would rent again if I had a need and the after hours pick up was the best opinion ever!!!!
