Used mobile checkout because business did not open until noon on a Saturday. Keys in lock box were for a different truck. U-Haul Customer service was horrible. Rather than acknowledge issue caused by U-Haul and/or All about Grinding and working to find a solution, the customer service rep went out of her way to be unhelpful and disrespectful. At one point sitting on the phone in silence for several minutes waiting for me to repeat my request for assistance. From the moment she answered the call she seemed intent on delivering the poorest service possible and making an unpleasant situation worse. Genuinely surprised at the disrespectful attitude from the moment the phone was answered.

U-Haul online experience was awful. Everything went wrong. Our pickup time was changed from 7pm to 7am. U-Haul customer service said no mobile pickup at this location, but you actually can. Customer service hung up on us. The person at our pickup location had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with us to complete the online portion so we could finally get the truck. Thanks to him for all his help! Zero thanks to U-Haul customer support team. All this put us behind schedule 1 hour, thanks U-Haul!
Christopher KShouldn't be able to reserve hand trucks and furniture dollies online if the rental location doesn't have them available. We had to drive to the original reservation location, after we picked the truck up at another location, to pick up and pay a separate rental fee for the moving equipment.
