The pick up experience was fine, but I was charged an insurance line item that I did not request with my reservation. I had to call support to have it refunded and removed.

JOHN PI've dealt with this location before and was very satisfied then and now. Marc the manager is excellent and was very helpful. Registering and reserving ONLINE was also very easy.
Stephen LThere’s was a disconnect between customer service needs, the representative, and the outcome. Specifically, I made a $69.02 day reservation and when I experienced trouble checking out due to lack of money, I went inside. From there, the representative was very unprofessional saying he would work with me, not giving me a receipt and not being completely clear that I would only have six hours with the truck then called me the next day, saying threatening me that he was gonna call the police if he didn’t have the truck back within the next five minutes Meanwhile, I’m in the middle of my move. He never once asked me if I wanted to extend the rental that I was late on the drop off there are so many other details that I could get into, but I just wanted to be clear that when somebody’s in the middle of the move to not threaten them. Meanwhile, this whole experience I ended up paying $43 more than the original two day reservation cost with him billing us out at one03 and change therefore he made 40 bucks for his inconvenience of having to actually do something very displeased with the overall experience I hope this guy Marc reads this and realizes that he needs to simmer down.
