I didn’t have to interact with anyone. The parking was a little tight, but it was fine.
Kyle PBut I would not recommend using the App to pick up and drop off anything rented. It was very hard to understand. I had to take photos of the van I rented. It took me three tries of taking pictures of the front, back and both sides submitting them and then have to do them again three times.. It was horrible. It took me 45 minutes to complete the pick up process. I had to call there help call center. The young lady I spoke was extremely pleasant as he helped me complete the process. She was wonderful.
