Carlo DThe mileage overage of $1/ mile was never pointed out or explained resulting in an I'm expected charge. The truck usb-c plug was damaged and would not charge my phone, so I did not have navigation. The drivetrain was making excessive noise and clearly needs maintenance. The steering wheel and windshield was very dirty on the inside directly in front of the driver's seat. The uhaul app did not work when closing out the reservation.
