I reserved a 6x12 trailer at the Saco location a couple weeks in advance. The day before pickup, they call to tell me it's not available. And that I need to go to a different location in South Portland. The trailer there when I arrive. It is clean inside and out. However, the tongue between the box and the hitch is noticeably bent. Also, when we got it hooked up to my truck and checked the lights, the running lights didn't work. Brake lights and directional signals were fine. The staff, Mark, found the problem right away - a broken white wire at the base of one of the plugs. It was broken so close to the plug, there was little wire to work with. He tried, but was unable to fix it. He said this was the only 6x12 trailer available in all of southern Maine. So I had no running lights on the trailer all the way from Maine to Michigan.

ROBERT LYour app didnt work I tried checking in the trailer the previous evening. When it went to upload the pix, they failed to upload numerous times. I've used your app before. Its always been a bot wonky, but this was thefirst time it right out didnt work. Frustrating to have to return the next day
