upon receiving the van , the van was left nasty and i was responsible for cleaning and filling up gas. when i returned the van i was overcharged and charged extra for gas that was filled up already
Richard SThey don’t acknowledge the return with any receipt, saying it will be emailed. Then I get a receipt billed for more than twice the agreed amount.
Craig HIt is a busy place and very hard to get someone to assist you. Once you get it, everything goes smooth.
