I had a hard time picking up the truck. I would select my order, click pick up truck, brought me to a screen to continue after recommending to be there within the hour, and it would bring me back to my order, this loop went on for about 30 minutes, then probably after 40 or so attempts, it finally brought me to screen to enter my DL, CC, etc then right back to my order, clicked pick up and the loop started again for another 10 minutes then it finally moved on to let me go through the pickup process. Please note, I tried both on mobile data and WiFi. Drop off was a breeze, no issues with the app.
