Have somebody that fully understands and record the pick up and drop off. I was charged for two extra days when I brought the truck back within three hours of the same day.

U-Haul allowed us to choose a different drop off location. The pickup location would not allow us to drop the truck off at the location. They were rude.
Zach DEasy to drop off. No one did anything to help though.
OREN GI needed an adapter from my Mercedes GLE wire harness to convert to the flat harness. I needed to go to Napa to get that. I feel many people will have this issue and it would have been good to have that part on premises.
Lon Pno one at location during the stated hours of operation. no one answers the phone. U-Haul phone support decided to argue with me about the time of day at the location. Had to get out in the cold and rain to take pictures for U-Haul. The drop off location is nasty and looks abandoned. I will look for other options for equipment next time.
