This low rating is for U-Haul pick up overall, not the specific location. My pick up location was changed without notifying me and this led to confusion, delays and frustration. There was also a wait once I did arrive. The truck had a U-Haul lock on it that didn't have a combination and the passenger wiper blade flew off while using it in the rain, which required me to fix it in the rain and use the wipers without a passenger side being cleared.
Mike MThe location was closed when I got there, BEFORE the advertised closing time of 5 pm. No one answered the phone number. I had to call the regional office for assistance.
