I used U-Haul’s mobile pickup expecting a quick and easy experience, but it took almost an hour just to get the truck. Throughout the experience, I was in contact with 3 different employees through the app/phone. The first was great; however, UHAUL was requesting my military LES (a document that wasn't listed as something I needed to have). The process took so long my mobile check-in timed out causing me to completely resubmit. Once resubmitted, I was chatting with a new agent that stated the location I was at didn't offer mobile pick-up (which was completely wrong), on the 3rd agent, she finally approved me to get into the uhaul. The location was unexpectedly closed for an emergency, so I had to rely on the mobile check-in. When I finally gained access, I discovered the truck’s front window was cracked. The delay and the poor vehicle condition were frustrating and disappointing. This experience definitely did not meet expectations for a service that’s supposed to be convenient. It will absolutely make me reconsider using Uhaul in the future.

Waited2 hours for person to show up
ERIC WI didn't interact with anyone in person since the truck was dropped off at night. I talked with someone on the phone though and he was very nice.
