I reserved a truck online for a 7:30am pick up only to find out this location doesn’t open till 9. The employees were late opening shop, didn’t have anything ready and took forever to get anything done. The truck I got was as dirty, not well maintained and the transmission was slipping. Next time I will not be renting through U-Haul.

Transmission was slipping and popped out of gear numerous times. Had to purges into truck before the move. Truck had 1/8 of a tank. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant
