Customer Service was poor this location is wouldn't recommended to anyone The truck was terrible and his Customer Service was awful and he lazy and I didn't get a receipt email to me know was at the office when I dropped the truck off and put the key in the drop box

ROBERT DThe price giving over the phone should be honored. I was quoted $.49 a mile and when I picked up because I changed vehicles and the agent did not tell me it would cost more. I had to pay $1.09 a mile. I was also charged more for the gas and apparently I was 3 gallons short
