Poor customer service n has wait when pickup 30 min n was to return trailer waiting time 40 min n clerk working that day was not very friendly could not do is own work properly very dessapoint n when has pick up trailer was stuk in ice took us 15 before un stuck it.
Pierre A.better plowing of the snow. the front safety chain needs to be located on the outside of the front, instead of inside, hard to see to unscrew the coupling. Need to oil those couplings on a regular bases. I had to lay down under the trailer with a wrench to unscrew coupling, in the snow freezing temperatures, I was not happy.
