Very unorganized. Equipment was not where was told it would be. Charged for things miles going and getting the equipment I was promised . Will not use again.

The lady at the counter just said drop it off and leave it. Thought this was weird. I needed help getting the trailer of the hitch and the guy who helped was very nice and helpful.

Jennifer CRented this truck and it was an easy process. Friendly staff. Tried to rent a truck again later that week and the woman on the phone was rude. She acted as if you couldn’t pick up a truck on Saturday unless it was the self guided pickup. Hate to break it to her but there are hours on Saturday until at least noon. Tired of these locations acting as if renting these trucks is such a burden. You chose to do it. Get over it.
