You are the second distributer to increase my insurance payment without my asking for increased coverage. I made the reservation with the $30 safe drive option, not the higher option. I came to the Spiceland location this year because the New Castle location did the same thing last year for my previous rental and I had to call corporate for a refund, which they provided immediately. This is getting ridiculous.
