They recorded the fuel at full ,even though was just under half , this led to me being way ivercharddd. I reached out to Uhaul to request a refund (I had pictures of the fuel gage before & when I returned it that proved it was the same .) Got no help from UhaulKelly F.

The impression given was that U-Haul is a bother. No clear instructions. SMILEPAUL F.
The location was changed at the last minute without me being informed, resulting in my being an hour behind from the start. Then UHaul representatives had to reset my order because I was late picking it up. While using the TruckShare 24/7 feature, the website timed out on me and it took representatives 2 hours to realize I hadn't yet picked up my UHaul and to reset the order to give me the keypad access code to retrieve the keys. Then I was charged $8 upon returning the vehicle for extra mileage, when I likely wouldn't have exceeded the mileage limit had I been able to pick up the truck from my preferred location. Additionally, the gas tank gauge indicated I had replaced more gasoline than required but I was still charged extra for mileage- after everything I went through with your company I will not be a returning customer in the future. My partner and I are will be moving to New York City this summer for residency, and we will be using a different company. Worst experience I've had in some time. And there was no way in which UHaul could be held to account. Calls with customer service were dropped, and wait times were excessive. This is the first forum in which I have been able to articulate my frustrations.JESSIE C.
Was supposed to be a counter pickup, upon arrival I was told by the staff that all pickups are self-service, I then proceeded to receive errors on the website attempting to check in because the reservation was made as a counter pickup. The local staff provided no support at all, I contacted u-haul via the 800 number and the service rep immediately changed my reservation to self-service and sent me a verification link resolving the issue. I would not recommend this location.Luke S.
