Not location that was chosen or agreed upon. Got a last minute text changing location of pickup. I questioned original location with sales person and was assured my trailer would be there and ready. 1 hour before pickup, location was changed by text. Fortunately I had stopped and was able to reroute before arriving at wrong location. Then, not able to confirm drop off location. Received call later in the day to confirm location. Trailer not in great condition. Paint peeling all over and inside was dirty as well. Not my best experience with Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou are the second distributer to increase my insurance payment without my asking for increased coverage. I made the reservation with the $30 safe drive option, not the higher option. I came to the Spiceland location this year because the New Castle location did the same thing last year for my previous rental and I had to call corporate for a refund, which they provided immediately. This is getting ridiculous.
