It took over an hour to rent a 5 x 9 open trailer. Answering the same personal questions over and over, 3 copies of my drivers license were taken. No one has returned my calls about returning the trailer. I just took it to where I got it and left it. Had to contact corporate to get a receipt. Never got any other paperwork. I am still very concerned about the way my information was taken and shared and the potential to be scammed. The place looks like a junk yard, no one is there and the door is locked.

JAMES MThe owner of FC Motorplex was exceptional in service and hospitality! I was truly impressed!! The app is still not as intuitive and easy to use as it could be. Overall though I am exceptionally impressed with how smooth my 6 * 12 trailer rental experience was!
