This location charge me for 2 rentals. When I only had it for one rental period when I picked it up, I mentioned that the price was different. He said it was due to taxes and fees, which it wasn't and he did some adjustment (i think took off milage fee) but It still was over the initial rate shown on my reservation but i needed the truck so agreeed to the 110 fee. Then, when I turned it in, I gave him the keys, asked if I had to sign anything he said, no. So I went along my way. I then called uhall just to verify, and they were the ones who told me i was charged for 2 rentals, so I filed a dispute. Turns out that this location then charged me for a fueling fee and for over 10 gallons of fule (truck was under 1/2 tank when picked yp) when I used maybe 3 gallons (drove under 25 miles total) so overall This 80 dollar rental, they were trying to charge me 215.00.This was the worst experience I ever had with UHall and I would not recommend going to this location at all

JaNai STruck was not clean and smelled of dog. There was dog food on the floor of the cab. I had to clean the mess from prior users or I would be charged for cleaning. Mobile pickup was a nightmare and took over an hour.
