Location was closed when we arrived at 430 and we used the keybox. We forgot a cell phone in the truck after it was locked and the manager came to meet us personally the next morning even though their office was closed.

curtis hThe issue continues to be the app. It would not work for either of my rentals. The return process goes all the way to the final step, and then starts over. I went through this multiple times wasting around an hour each time. One thing that really bothers me, is wasting time like this.
