I told the guy over the phone I wasn't sure if my driver had personal insurance yet and that I would check. Then when my driver picked up the truck he added insurance to the drive without calling and asking me or asking my driver and put it on. Did not want to spend the money when he was already covered. Also wanted a 10 ft truck because I didn't have that much stuff so they put me in a 15, apparently no locations had a 10 ft truck and it got horrible gas milage. Just ended up spending way more than I was expecting and would like it fixed.
