Thank you for your great rates and clean storage rooms and the courtesy to refund overpaid months. I still think the hours could be better. I've arrived at 9.30 pm to get something important out of my storage room and was denied access, also tried returning at about 5.30 am and same results. I think hours are too restrictive. I was able to gain access at a previous U-Haul storage at those hours. Day sleepers like me can find it a little inconveniencing.

While I could have gotten a cheaper price at other places, I chose Wilbur for it's accessibility (right off the freeway), it's security, location and the people. It's a family business and Jenn (office) and Jay made the process of moving in extremely easy. And they were always accessible if an issue arose. All in all, I was happy I chose Wilbur and I think you will be too.
