This location is so poorly staffed it's not funny. The employees are slow the reservation gets lost or changed all the time. This trip my reservation was all supposed to be ready and it took 15 minutes to get it all in. The truck was not ready as it was supposed to be

Ask customers if it is okay to "train" a new clerk with your order. They just did it with mine and it took quite a bit of extra time that I really did not have.

I was called by Uhaul and was given a pickup time of 8am. I asked if I could pick it up at 7 am since that is what I was told when I made the reservation. The woman on the phone put me on hold and then returned to say yes, I can pick it up at 7 am. I arrive at Uhaul (same location I made the reservation) and the store wasn’t open until 9am . I called Uhaul and spoke with someone who redirected me to the scheduling center and when I called they too were not open till 9 am so I was out of luck anyway I did it. I left and returned to 9 now that my time has been wasted, I told the woman about the experience I had and she didn’t care AT ALL. She proceeded to get us out trailer and she never looked us in the eye, never asked how we were , never offered assistance with anything , she never even smiled, that girl did not want to be there. Her name was Kellianne . Not at all professional and definitely not the type of person I’d like to work with after a bad experience thus far. When we were walking out the door , my dad who was hauling the trailer asked about an attachment to hook it up and Kellianne had no idea then said “oh yeah you have to buy that “ so we looked at her ... she looked at us ... we looked at her again with raised eyebrows... and she said “.. we sell them here ? *eye roll*” and we went back inside to purchase it . Dropping off the trailer was not at a Uhaul location but a local repair shop and we received nothing but respect and kindness. Not to be dramatic but I would rather take two trips from WA to Nebraska to haul my stuff than to rent a Uhaul after the experience we had.

Customer service was the worse I have ever had, followed by being over-charged and when manager called me to discuss what he could do to make it right he said he would give me a refund of approx. $70 but he didn't follow through on this. The truck was poorly maintained, it took over an hour to get the truck, and it took even longer to return because the lady couldn't figure out how to not charge me over $490 for a $140 rental.

Excellent service-- even if a bit short-handed on staff at time we came in to get truck n boxes. Well worth the wait. Top quality truck n very clean store n bathrooms

The truck was extremely dirty on the inside and the ramp was even worse. There were a lot of scrapes and dents to the truck. The girl who checked me out was not friendly and acted like we were inconveniencing her for being there. Not the best UHaul experience by far!

The truck kept breaking down. The alternator was bad and we finally got it fixed in Casper Wyoming. It was dark and there was road construction the last 40 miles into Casper. The lights kept going very dim so that I could barely see. There was no place to pull over and if the truck had died on the road the battery was dead so couldn't run the hazard lights. Some one easily could have hit us. I am very upset that this wasn't fixed starting in Spokane before we started, or at least in three forks Montana or billings Montana where at both places the battery was jumped or replaced and we were sent on our way.

When equipment is returned to a location that is open check in said equipment and give the customer a receipt at time of check in, not the next morning.
