My experience with U-Haul was as good as it could be. Especially Daniel who was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything well and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend U Haul to my friends and family.

It was convenient as it was close to the freeway, however the parking was less than ideal. It was very difficult to get in and out of the spaces. When we returned the truck, it was 3:45. The gentleman was waiting on another customer, giving them a key to check out the storage sheds. He said he would go check our truck, mileage and gas tank to finish the check in. It was 4:50 before he was able to go check it. Very frustrating as we were on a time schedule as well.

Was overcharged. Tried to charge us an extra day despite the original cashier telling us when to return the truck and then having a phone conversation one hour prior to returning the truck. Was charged the wrong amount for the appliance dolly. Was told it would be corrected on return. It wasn’t and the return person wouldn’t change it. Was quoted he wrong amount for gas and mileage. Was told by original cashier to take a picture and it would be adjusted but he couldn’t adjust it then. It was not adjusted on return. Overall very disorganized and no follow through. Very unhappy will not use again.

our company policy is to take out the insurance the person told my employee its dollars out of pocket so he did not sign for it. Then a scratch in the back of the rental caused a 300.00 fee which is unacceptable and will be the last time we use U haul. The phones or computers were not working the day we reserved the Van and no one called me back to confirm the reservation I had to call and remind them. we have another option with Penske its more expensive but worth it.

Charging the customers for every little scratch is going overboard. I realize as a company the vehicles take a lot of abuse but charging for every scratch is an excessive response to the problem. Major dents and dings should be charged to the customer. I have always used uhaul for my moving needs and will continue to do so. I just don't agree with the new damage policy.

Everything was clean, but the roof was leaking and got all over our bed. Didn’t do any damage, but it could have if it had leaked on to something else.

U-Haul in general the risk you take when you rent like one small scratch could easily cost you $600. As if they replace the whole door, for example, if you put a little scratch in it.
A 12 hour minimum instead of a 24 hour minimum.

This was an absolute miserable experience. The employees were awful and very unhelpful. We paid more than what we were told the cost was. The truck was dirty and smelled bad.

The salesmen at this location didnt know how to complete the rental. It took almost an hr and half to get the uhaul rented to me. It was stinky inside the cab of the truck.

The only thing I didn't like about this location is parking. There are only 4 parking spots-1 for handicap. 2 that are actually big enough to park in and the last one isn't big enough to park in unless you take up part of another space. People there are wonderful- polite, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. By far my favorite location so far.

Whole experience was great, the truck was in good condition and I had zero problems with it. I dealt with three different people over the two visits to the main office and they were all very professional, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely come back to this location in the future.
