My issues have been with your schedulers. I had to call 5 times to get a pick up location near me. I was scheduled for a transport and a dolly, I ordered the dolly. I was told to pick up the truck at 7:00 am and the location did not open until 9:00, causing me to have to reschedule the movers. This caused me to have to drive at night, which I didn't appreciate. I ordered 6 pads and received 5.
