The location is clean and the staff are friendly. It was nice talking with them as I waited. The wait time was a bit long. It feels like they need a second staff member to help at the front desk (at least for busy times). They also seem new to U-haul, so they are a bit slow with navigating the U-haul software on their computer. But that being said, supper friendly. I also got confused at first where I needed to park. I saw the return sign and went to the other parking lot. The other parking lot isn't theirs. So when it came time to hocking up the trailer, I had to get out of the parking lot, and drive around the block (they work on a one-way street), to get to their parking lot. But overall, it wasn't bad. I'd say it was about average.
