Well the truck broke down they sent someone to help the fought back and forth about what it could be, then left saying they couldn't do anything about it. Then you sent another truck after several hours. Then we had to wait for loader to take my items from one truck to the other. They dropped a few things then when we arrived at our new home unloaded and I found my collection of unreplacable Dragons broken its taken a few days for me to calm down enough to send this survey. Im devastated I've been collecting them for years they were my most precious items. So no I'm not happy.
