Air condition only operated on high fan

MICHAEL NQuick and easy process
CLENTON CThere was spilled paint in the back of the truck. It was cleaned up pretty good. The lady who helped us check out was amazing. The only issue we had. It took forever for the pictures to load up checking in. Probably not your fault. More like an upload speed issue. We would use you guys agin and recommend you guys as well.
David STruck cab was dirty with dried coffee in the console. There was also dirt and a toenail clipping in the floor mats. I had to clean it myself, to avoid getting penalized for returning dirty equipment. I guess that's what happens when there are no employees physically present at the location.

Elizabeth MThis was not my original location that location didn't have the truck when I arive and had to drive elsewhere to pick up a truck. I had hired help which I had to pay for wasted time.
RANDY HI had issues because I could not adjust the side mirrors and no telephone person could assist me.
DARIN YCouldn't fill with fuel because of no gas available. I believe that this location was the third location after making and confirmed at closer locationd. The Manager was great which made my recent UHaul experiences more favorable... however I'll only use the Haul when nothing else is available.

Christine DI was sent to 2 prior locations to pick up my trailer. Both were locked up with no employees. Lots of unnecessary driving but finally all worked well at the above location.
Earl LIt was quick painless and easy for anyone to get a U-Haul easy setup and easy drop off I’ve done out of state before however this was simple around town move but for the price was worth it bc I’d done more trips in my car and still would of needed a truck a U-Haul was one shot service I was in and out quickly the sweet lady was professional and kind and help me understand things if I didn’t.

Rick STruck was infested w ants didn’t know till we got going . Also the whole can was covered in dog hair . I left a message when I dropped it off about bombing the car w ant bomb so next person is not crawling w ants and told them about the hair problem
BRENT RWe dropped off after hours and used the drop off box service, the main comment for this location is that there was minimal parking and not good options for large uhauls to be parked for after hour drop offs.

Tim SI can’t think of a thing. The customer service was first rate. This store was the cleanest and most dialed in Uhaul location I’ve ever seen. The manager of this location is obviously working intentionally to make the store experience great.
