I reserved for a dolly but there wasn’t one supplied when the truck was picked up and I was still charged for it even though I submitted photos showing that there was no dolly.

Personnel was busy working another job to process our equipment arrival. She said she would do it on Monday (we dropped off on Saturday and turn in was Sunday). So I got a call on Monday asking if I still had the equipment. I was now late in the return and would be charged the daily rate until they could locate the equipment.

Shirley Athe there was a lot waiting and they gave me the the truck when I gave it back turns out they didn't even opened the contract and I had to the paperwork again
FRANCISCO Mdollies that were ordered were not present; I had to rent elsewhere. truck was dirty, kitty litter was mounded in the back of the bed, the cab was dirty. everything was done over the app as there was no one present to talk to about the issues.
