When I picked up the truck I told the guy that I needed to return it to a different location that would be close to where I was going to be. The employee told me in order to do that I needed to call and find a location close to where I was going to be that would accept a return. I did that and headed to a location about 9 miles from where I was with the truck. When I got to that location to drop off the truck, I opened the Uhaul app to complete the return and I found a message saying I was supposed to return it to a location only 2 miles from where I originally was. So essentially I was lied to about the return process by an employee who obviously didn't know the correct procedure. This caused me to waste time and of course I was charged for the extra mileage I drove to turn around and get to the correct location to return the truck. I called Uhaul to complain and have since found out that the manager or owner of the location from where I picked up the truck says it is no fault of his. Of course that's what he's going to say because God forbid he admit his employee made a mistake and he hold someone accountable for that mistake. All I want is the extra money back that I had to pay (14 miles + the tax charged on those miles). I'm waiting for the MCO to call me back about this issue, but if no one is going to do anything to correct this mistake then don't bother. I will just leave my bad reviews and use a different company for any future needs.

Bruno WThe floor in the storage area was filthy nasty. The giant outside billboard was clean, but where I put my belongings was nasty. The pick area change three times and the drop off location changed three as well. Not likely to recommend or use in the future again.
STEVEN HMy experience with the UHaul staff was great. The attendant was super nice and well versed in the system which made my experience quick and painless. I would recommend 7 Stars Auto as a solid UHaul outlet.
