There should have been a jack attached to this trailer I could not lift it off myself, upon return of equipment. Putting a jack on would have helped, especially for a girl towing. There was no one at the return location to assist. Very frustrating.

The truck was not maintained. It ran hot on the interstate and we were stranded. I had to get another ride, unload the Uhaul, load a friend's truck, and unload this truck. It was over 100 degrees. Uhaul has yet to refund my fees. This is a nightmare.
