I was not informed, as a first time customer, about the overcharge for going over certain mileage. I also called the previously night to reserve and was told one amount and then when i went in to pick up, the price was changed over $100. I honestly don't even know what for. The lady who assigned us the uhaul only let us know about esurance? That's it.

The service was horrible, way to much talking amongst the employees and not focused on processing customers through. They wait time in unacceptable both picking up and dropping off . Would never go there again .

Be upfront about clauses when it comes to renting equipment. Hire more employees and fire the main manager that is currently there. Or at least demote her. I don’t need to hear about what high school she went to or where she grew up when I am waiting in a long line. Way to overpriced for what this is. Will not be back.

I am allergic to the fragrance used in Uhaul cleaning products. Please switch to fragrance-free cleaners as this will benefit those with allergies, asthma, lung conditions, and other medical issues. The fragrance is excessive and unnecessary for cleaning. Disinfection products are available withOUT added scent. I was overcome by the strong fragrance in the back of the truck and fell, hurting myself. The mgr was helpful as she rinsed out the truck in an effort to eliminate some of the fragrance.

Lots of staff was working behind the counter but only 1 was attending to customers at the time so had a bit of a wait until attended. For that reason I'm giving 3 stars (Average). Our attendanct was quite friendly once we got tot he desk. Return however was expedited and attendant was polite.

The cash register attendant was attentive. The problem was NO ONE ever came out to hook up my trailer rental!!! After 15 minutes, I called the store and call answered by someone not in the local area. That person suggested I walk all the way back to the store front to let them know?!? What? I'm supposed to go tell them to do their jobs? I just paid for my rental. Shouldn't doing their jobs be an automatic response? I was so angry, I'm changing rental locations. Seems everyone was "out to lunch at the same time!" I saw worker going into the garage area drinking from soda pop bottle in hand. If he's at lunch, then send someone else out to hook me up!!!

No one seems to know what they are doing on the computers. It takes almost an hr to be done and they charged me the insurance when I made the reservation online and it specifically asked if I wanted the insurance and I declined it and when I was billed it was on my bill. Seems like every location I’ve been to no one knows what they are doing like everyone is new or something. Computers always crashing and makes them have to start over just ridiculous. I returned my equipment this morning and two employees helped me to disconnect and said that was it that they would put it in the system that it was returned and I get a phone call almost 2 hrs later asking if I was going to return the equipment. Employees need a lot more training and if it is there computers crashing and not them just messing up and have to start over then they need a better system. Decided to go buy a trailer instead
