my complaint is not with the dealer, it is with u haul in general, terrible experience start to finish, 1. when i arrived at dealer to pick truck up, needed it a 7am not available, wait 2 hours 2. dealer give me directions to other dealer, wrong address another 2 hours wasted 3. tried multiple times to reach original dealer before pick up date for additional instructions, impossible to reach 4. when finally found the alternate dealer on pick up date, told the price quoted was all inclusive except for fuel, wrong info 5. now i received an additional charge for $6.16 for mileage overage 6. most terrible experience, horrible, loss of time and money, had helper hired, very frustrating Robert Kelley Houston TX 77090 936 404 4873ROBERT K.

The ladies were very nice and extremely helpful. They answered all the questions and concerned that I had at the time I picked it up. However, The truck had a issue with the passenger seat belt and it created safety concern. The drivers side door would not close properly unless it was slammed shut, otherwise, the door would the "drivers side door is ajar" warning would come.MIA M.

I was over charged for fuel. Called the customer service line to report, no answer. I drove on 24 miles and the gas was not were they say it was, hence the reason for my call. Waiting for someone to contact me regarding this.Priscilla C.
I picked up my moving truck and got to my location to find both dollies that I rented were not in the truck. Called U-Haul and the only thing they did was refund the money for the dolly rental instead of trying to correct their mistake. If I didn't need the dollies I wouldn't have wasted my money to rent them in the first place. When I started loading loading the moving truck I found that someone didn't do their job and inspect the truck before I got it. The hook on one side of the loading ramp was missing and made the ramp extremely unstable and had to call roadside to get them to come Install a new one. As this delayed my move by several hours it forced me to return the truck late to which U-Haul had the nerve to charge me an extra days usage. Third time I have used this moving company and have had horrible experiences each and every time.JONATHAN H.
Ensure that furniture pads are loaded in vehicle after payment. (Mine not loaded.) Review with customer any prior damage to vehicle before leaving facility. (My truck had a damaged skirt.)David D.
