He told me I couldn’t break my lock or he would charge me 300$ so I paid a whole extra month fee just for 4 days of storage and then he let me have the lock when I checked out . Awful money scheme by this company and I will never go here again for the rest of my life I promise . when I checked out I asked about the lock and I seen his face how he tried to look away because he knew he did me dirty .
