Make sure fuel tank is not empty.
WILLIAM SWell, I reserved a 20 ft truck a month in advance. I was to pick it up Friday at 4 on 14th street in Bentonville. When I called to ck it was supposedly there, but at 4 no one knew where it was. The Springdale location is the only reason I was able to move. However no one in a 20 mile radius had a 20 ft one, so I had to get the only 26 ft available, which was at the Springdale location. Very frustrating experience. However, the Springdale guy was great to work with.
DEBRA DThere's likely nothing can be done, but.... the location needs a second exit or a better turn-around spot for the larger rental trucks.
