Good location. Had to ask for help twice. Once I got someone to talk to me, he was very helpful. Not much room to get off highway with a trailer. Gate needs to be set back from road more.
TOMMY M.ok, went to pick up car dolly after reserving it. Only one there (Twin Cities-Springdale) but out of commission, Can you wait while we fix? No, where is another one? Across town. Okay, go to get and this storage facility is under construction. Call a number and get call center, " we will have someone there in 20 minutes. We could have driven off with it. Need two personnel there. Finally a young man showed up as he was cleaning units out and never heard us, He was great and gave me a whopping 10$ discount. Should have been pro bono. Maybe a buzzer at front door. The young man wase great so don't dock him but maybe better management of the way things went down. The unfinished bldg is U-Store.
