Employee was great and checking in and out was easy. The truck itself could have used work. Pretty rough and needed service. Thankfully we didn’t have to drive it very far.

Bret WTire very clearly had a puncture in the sidewall when I picked it up. Should have been fixed before I picked it up.
ROXANN GI got the truck but never signed a contract… was worried the drop off place thought I stole it after they were very confused with the whole situation. Also, I never had to give my ID. Did call this location with questions though and the guy that answered was very nice. Kinda sketchy place in general knowing if something went wrong, it could have been very very bad.
