The attendant was very knowledgeable and quite prompt with the pickup. Not only did he help to remedy the situation... but he was very, very expedient since the operation (U-Haul Moving & Storage of Springdale) located at 806 Twin City Ave., also located in Springdale, was not able to locate this very equipment for nearly an hour while I was there trying to rent the trailer. He was superb. Got me checked-in, got me hooked-up, and got me on the road... to my destination - where I arrived with only two minutes before the shop closed; and again, all thanks to the gentleman at Secure Space Storage. Sadly, I don't remember his name at this time, but our introduction was very, very brief, and my hastiness in the moment probably responsible for that memory lapse of his name. He deserves the prize for this one... every bit of it!
