App was too difficult to use. Would not ever use again. Would time out or spin before I was able to do anything . Wasted more time on the app then using the truck Milage charges are ridiculous

I've used this uhaul storage facility since I've come to Georgia and will always use there services , they are the best at reasonable prices and customer service.
Paula SThe app experience was TERRIBLE. We got our truck finally after being delayed 6 hours and it was nearly impossible to even get it then. Even when we tried to call customer service we would stay on hold then it would just hang up. But that was our only option because the lady in the office had such a “not my problem “ attitude and didn’t care to actually help us.
