Hasaan at Rafeeq's mini mart was great, this isn't his fault im sure but when we opened the uhaul at home there were roaches everywhere. wh had to fumigate twice. so wherever this uhaul came from it was filthy. On a good note, its our first time renting and we would rent again and fumigate again knowing we could get all stuff moved in 1 trip. thank you

The young man who assisted us could not have been more friendly and kind but the facility is far below the standards of several of the local facilities I have utilized. I realize it is difficult for the typical 'mini-mart' to match up with your Uhaul dedicated sites but if ever given the choice I would only use the dedicated sites for pick up. Drop off is not nearly the issue and there location/hours can be more important.

Dropped Uhaul off in the evening. Went inside the gas station part. The place reeked of marijuana. I asked the attendant if I could drop the uhaul keys with him and he said yes. I asked for a receipt and all he kept repeating was "don't worry". I was super skeptical but it ended up working out because I got the receipt via email this morning. Anyway, between the sketchy building, weed smell, and unprofessional attendant, I would not recommend.

Didn’t get the dolly eventhough I payed for it. Very slow service as it took me 1-2 hours just to install the trailer as the person who knows how to do it wasn’t there at the time of the pickup!!!

It was a store, and the person at the counter told me that when the manager comes in he would check us in. I was concerned that there might not be room to park what I had rented -- a 15 ft truck and car hauler

I have spoke with customer service on 3 separate occasions. I was charges to rent a appliance dolly. I never received the dolly . . Original renter of truck charged me for it even though he knew he didnt have it to give . . Ive asked 3 times for the charge to be removed . Yet no one has done anything .

Try calling people to let them know where they are picking up equipment so that they aren’t driving around for an hour confused. Worst experience ever.
