I showed up on time the guy said the system was down so he called customer service. Told me to pick up the one trailer that was there. The guy hooked it up on the hitch but didn’t go over it and went back in the liquor store. There were dents, missing parts, inside was dirty, license plate light broken. I checked the electric to make sure it worked. I video taped and took pictures and then left.

Esther FCouldn't communicate with the store as they didn't speak English. The representative we spoke to on the phone was an amazing help. She really took care of us and helped us reserve the trailer as we had broken down and needed to haul a car. The location hadn't even checked the trailer in so she took care of doing his job by checking it in and then we were able to reserve it.
TRAVIS LClerk lacked knowledge on UHaul procedures and was unable to assist. The 12 moving blankets and 2 furniture dollies were not provided (a general use dolly was in the truck that we didn't reserve) and he couldn't explain what we needed to do to resolve it. We called UHaul and need to upload and work through the app to be able to get the key for the truck. The lack of support from the clerk significantly impacted our ability pack and move the next day.
