Look into the back story of the rental and where the gas was when I picked it up. I was even on the phone with a Manager at Uhaul at pick up and stated where the gas was when I received it. Then you guys charge me extra for fuel. Not even a phone call to ask, just manuel entered my CC # without authority. Seems wrong.

Greg WI DID THE MOBILE CHECK-IN AND EVERYTHING WENT FINE UNTIL IT SAID FIND YOUR TRUCK AND IT GAVE ME THE NUMBER HOWEVER WE COULD NOT FIND THAT NUMBER ON ANY OF THE TRUCKS SO WE WENT INSIDE THE BUILDING AND TALKED TO THIS LADY AND SHE WAS VERY VERY, VERY RUDE. I SHOWED HER MY TELEPHONE AND TO SHOW HER THE NUMBER AND SHE TOLD ME THE NUMBER DOESN’T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE AND THAT SHE DOES KNOW HOW TO READ SO GET THAT TELEPHONE OUT OF HER FACE. I SAID I’M SORRY I WASN’T AWARE OF THAT. THE NUMBERS DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SHE SAYS YOU HAVE TO COME IN AND GET A KEY NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO SO THAT THE NUMBERS ON THE TRUCK DOESN’T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE AND I SAID WELL MAYBE THE SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED TO WHERE IT SAYS THAT. I DEALT WITH THIS SPRINGFIELD DO IT CENTER MANY YEARS AND I’VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM DEALING WITH ANY OTHER MEN THAT WORKED THERE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I’VE HAD A WOMAN AND HAD SUCH A NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND WALKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. I’M NOT SURE I WILL EVER STEP 1 FOOT BACK INTO THIS PLACE. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED.
