The lady renting the truck was rude. She acted offended and very off-putting. The truck and all was fine. I won’t recommend or return because of her poor service.

Marla CHeadlight was out, was quoted for 15 miles at 50 and some change but ended up pay 80+. Was told we went over tge mileage we asked for. We asked for 15 only used 12 but was told we went way over that. Was also told we had the vehicle for 24 hours but was still charged a late fee even though it was returned on time. When we showed the receipt that we got upon reserving the vehicle we basically just got an oh well.
