Not a thing Other than the hands held check in device Seemed to crash so we had to go inside to check out that's the only thing that happened and it was no big deal

Employee Kenneth Taylor was excellent. He promptly greeted us, checked in the truck immediately and sent us on our way...all with a smile on his face. I have moved college kids in & out of Springfield for several years....he is the best!!!

I won't be back again. I got overcharged twice by $1400! My rental was $42. Overdrafted my account. Nobody made any attempts to rectify this situation.I drove 12 miles I was charged TWICE for 2000 miles! Very displeased.

Make sure the cargo light stays working. As one of my helpers was picking up a Priceless heirloom. The light went out causing him to stumble at night. Busting the heirloom non replaceable, that belong to my long lost father. Upset I am.

The people were friendly and helpful, but the computers were real slow and froze up 3 times while trying to do my rental, it took a long time because of that.

We reserved our truck online. At our pickup time, we had to wait 30 minutes to get waited on because customers in front of us did not do anything upfront ,and there was only 1 person working. Should be a faster way for customers who do things in advance.

I made all my arrangements online, however when I got to the store to pick up, the staff were unable to see any of the choices I had made. I had to fill out everything for a second time. What is the point of having an online reservation system if the stores can't see the information? It was very inconvenient.

Waited a long time to get service and seems no one knew what the other one was doing or where I should go to park etc. Big place not enough help.

the customer service was excellent. The truck wasn't. Gas cap was faulty and fell off. Brakes were questionable. Shook and rattled like mad. There was a box folded and stuffed behind the seat to quell shake. Dash banged and shook. Thought it was going to fall off. Fuel cost was twice what it should have been due to fuel spilling out where cap should have been. I averaged 4 miles to the gallon. Your trucks need proper service and maintenance. Thank goodness I was only moving across town. I never would have been confident to drive a state away.

The turn in area was completely full with trucks and I had to park the trailer across the street. One of the trucks was broken down and I had to help the employees push it out of the way.

The truck was very clean but it had a lot of play in the front end and passanger door was hard to shut The staff was great and pick up and drop off was realative fast

I had reserved a an AT at the Waverly location. When we arrived there was no one at the location and there didn't appear to be a trailer at the location. I went to the N Glenstone location and Dianna was very helpful in getting things worked out.

The local store was great and the people all fantastic. The U-Haul computer system is never working properly. I always have to re-enter all my information. This time, I even took the time to enter everything online the night before. I completed all the info, about me, about my truck, about the trailer I needed, where I wanted to pick it up.... I even got a confirmation number. But when I arrived to get my trailer it was as though I didn't exist. Had to enter it all again. It would have been a five star experience if I could have walked in and had everything waiting and ready for me.

I was over charged, for a two day rental , the total was supposed to be $ 49.60, they charged me 3 more times for the same rental. Tried to get it corrected with on site manager. He said he didn't know what to do, then gave me a 1-800 number to call. Not helpful...

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Could've been better staffed, even though there were four of them running around. The 26 footer was awesome with AC, cruise, and the 6.7 L. EXCEPTION the cargo area wasn't exactly water proof, and ruined a nice white, collared shirt. I'm sure in the fine print, the cargo area doesn't have to be water "proof", but the driver side handle on the A pillar leaked as well! Leaving me with a wet thigh for a few hours. Not a huge deal but if U-Haul could send me a check for $30, I figure that would rectify the situation, and leave a satisfied customer and one willing to recommend U-Haul to friends and family. Check in took a long time but they were nice enough to give us an extra hour and the people were really nice

This location deserves a minus 5 or minus 10 on the star scale. The equipment was not clean the window has bird poop all over it the windshield wiper fluid was empty. The location where we picked up was also where we were renting a storage unit and there was giant cockroaches all over the place horrible horrible customer service. They told my mom she was stupid for buying paper so my kids can color on it while we were loading the truck. Never again will I go to the U-Haul place.
