I rented a truck and dolly. The employee strapped and chained the car/wheels down but he put one side too loose (chain) and it came unhooked from the car and started dragging. I’m just happy it didn’t mess up the bottom of my car

The guys at the Glenstone store just seemed to not really care. Said someone was supposed to meet us outside to go over some things. Waited 10-15 minutes and they never came out.

The chains used on the trailer were too long and dragged on the ground. It took us about half the trip to Texas and continually messing with them to get it twisted enough to come off the ground. I would recommend different or shorter chains depending on the vehicle.

My 17 foot truck was high mileage and poor condition! A/c worked part of time. Engine was rough running with inadequate power! Personnel was great and facility was great!

After spending over 2000 in totals if not more we wereSean the appreciation by having the U-Haul stole from the house here moving from due to extensions that we had to have and so much of my stuff being broken in the back and then taking off at high speed for my house I will chase him or something we didn't even know that thing was gone and then they made us pay almost $200 just to get the vehicle back to continue on our moving trip which was over 250 miles not only that they made the drop off so difficult for us that we almost for light and made it look like it was on us I'm just blown away by the terrible customer service that I was shown by this I have got insurance to cover my stuff I just keep getting mixed information on how to go about filing a claim but I will be soon getting in touch with someone to help me with this matter because I think that it was total crap to spend that much money with someone and then for number one then to break my stuff by stealing a U-Haul that I was paying for and had paid so much on already at the time they say they stole it from my house they said that I had paid 900 something dollars at that moment amount paid today was nine hundred and something dollars but they need felt the need to take it from me after 8 days and he having it and they knew better they knew that we were not trying to stillll know you are we've been in contact every single day with him

I rented a cargo van. Being a small woman, I was surprised at how easy it was to drive and how well it handled, even when full. It also seemed to get decent gas mileage. The staff were friendly, too. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.

First, I thought I was renting a $20 a day pickup truck. It was not explained that this pickup was going to cost me $79 a day. Second, the receipt is extremely confusing to read. One part shows I was charged for one day plus some mileage and another part of the same receipt shows I was charged for 2 days plus mileage. It also shows 2 separate credit card payments and I'm wondering what that is for. One charge on my card for $78.24 (What was that for?) and another for $128.64 (What was that for?). None of the numbers match!!!! What the hell did I pay for?!!! Why can't you give a straight forward receipt?!!! Why did your advertisement say the truck was for $20 but I was charged $79?!!! The only part of the entire thing I understood was the charge for the gas because my son did not fill it up to the level it was when we picked it up! Even that is ridiculous. Charging twice what is charged locally but whatever. That part is my son's fault. The rest is an absolute mess. I want answers to my questions and you need to improve your receipt system so YOUR CUSTOMERS can understand them.
