Staff was great but the unit was dirty with food container, socks, hanger. I'm going to use it today but hope the lock is in the unit as we were told it would be. I wasn't told about no elevator so that's bad, as I don't do ramps well. It'll do for now but won't storage rent again. I should have asked more questions so that's on me.
