The guys at the Glenstone location were very helpful and professional. They were busy with other people but they got to me when they should have. Professional knowledgeable and a top notch facility that I felt comfortable leaving my property. I think the truck has something going on it ran well but it vibrated at idle. The check engine light is not on and it ran well other than the rough idle.

thomas c | First ImpressionsYou have no service elevator,all you have is a ramp to the second floor. I'm 64, with arthritis and bad,bad knees. If you look at your security footage you will see I fell twice. I have used uhaul for everything from trucks, to storage still have one in Utah. This location was by far the worst!!!! I still plan on being the voice for other crippled elderly people. That you have failed!

First off Johnathan was awesome. Super friendly and got me taken care of a new storage unit...and the first month was free! He went above and beyond..and then I saw him again this morning as I dropped off the trailer we rented and still very friendly. I'm glad I used Uhaul for my move!
