Pickup location changed, I was charged overage on miles but was forced to drive farther away to pickup the U-Haul and then back track plus drive out of my way again to drop off at a location I did not choose. The help number also connects you to a non English speaking person who is very difficult to understand, would not recommend to anyone and will not use the U-Haul service again

JOHN RI was not informed that I needed to put gas in vehicle. Not even sure how I would have known how much to put in it as it was not full when I picked it up. I only drove about 25 miles and got charged $18.00 extra for.gas. Total.scam
PAMELA FJames and his team were AMAZING and if I ever did rent again it would be from them, but I will never rent from U-Haul Again. I will also never recommend any U-Haul. Numerous issues with telephone reps and I lost money renting from U-Haul, so I cancelled this weekends rental in Kearny NE so U-Haul just lost over $1000. Update your phone numbers and stats. How dare one of your reps call me by a name that hasn’t owned my phone number for 6 yrs. That’s right, I’ve had a phone number for six years and have just rented a U-Haul but yet she calls me Tomas Nugent ? WTF? Your management is retarded at best. Not only did you guys just lose $1000 plus from us, but I’m going to convince everybody that to never rent from your fucking company again. Location employees are great, customer service reps over the phone not so much. Management that hasn’t purged the computers and updated clientele lists need to be fired because they are costing you money and they can’t even realize how idiotic they are.
