I had done an online reservation, but when I showed up to the location, they had no record of it. However, they were able to get me the truck I wanted. They were very helpful.
TERESA KI needed a trailer, they rented me a trailer, at a fair price. No problems picking up or returning. I have used their services quite a few times, from inspections to tires to rentals. Customer services at Cliffs Automotive in Springtown, TX has always been outstanding, A1 in my book.
Dion DI knocked them down to 4 stars because they didn’t explain how to properly use the auto carrier. Otherwise, they were great.
