PHILIP YThe whole experience was terrible. They gave me the wrong truck. They couldn’t change it. I had to call U-Haul. Got disconnected twice. They ultimately couldn’t help me. An 1.5 later, I just took the truck they gave me. It costs me twice in Fuel what it should have to haul 3 pieces of furniture. I paid for 12 moving blankets that I didn’t get. Overall awful experience! Bad representation of U-Haul.
