Rented small 10' haul for storage items. After items delivered, found out my rental was not necessary. But great price and better people in office.

Heidi AReserved for the Provo location, but they changed it to Springville, which added 30+ minutes to the round trip. If I reserve for a specific location, it seems reasonable to expect to get the equipment at the location. They also called at 7:45 AM to tell me this, which is a bit absurd. All in all though, the employees I was on the phone with were very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills, but poor rental management and timing in my case.
