The man who helped me was very unprofessional. After some frustration he helped me hook up the trailer. I got a new vehicle recently and when I was backing up to hook up I made some mistakes and when I did he kept throwing his hands up and saying "what are you doing" this happened a few times until I told him that doing that is not helpful and making it worse. Also he didn't even help me check if the signal light were working on the trailer. And he didn't even hook me up to the trailer I was supposed to use. Amd the one I did was quite dirty inside. I will never go back to this location and I am telling people to never rent from here. Uhaul is usually great and the people nice and informative. And im sad this happened. Right before I went to the winter burn location amd had a great experience there. I wish they had the trailer I needed becuase the whole situation would have been avoided.

Terrible terrible terrible They overcharged me and hung up on me twice when I called to talk with them about reissuing a receipt with the correct amount. I wanted to tell them their customer service was also very poor as they had me pull my own trailer from behind a parked truck. When the lights didn’t work on that one, they told me to pull out the one that was behind that one!! We had to put the first one at the back to get it safely out of the way! When we got back, we picked a place to put it and THAT was when they came running out - just to tell us to move it to a very small spot next to a dumpster. We did their job. AND we’re over charged. Very rudely hung up on. I for the first time in my life gave a google review to make sure NO ONE is treated this way by them again. I do not recommend these business owners. I have dealt with this company successfully many many years until these new owners. I am furious with the way we were treated.

Barry LMy 20 foot truck was avaiable when I arrived at the agreed time. The gentlemen at the Progress Glass was very friendly & easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend to rent a Uhaul here. As always do your due dilengence, take pics on the exterior & interior before/after driving vehicle and also ensure an extras you order (blankets, carts, boxes, etc) are in the vehicle.
