Poor excuse on how to run a company. Made a order, had to go in for uhaul to tell me no truck was available till after the fact. Rescheduled for another location for your people to set it up as a counter pick when the companies closed (made days in advance). To even changing the drop of location as im on the way back. Poorest excuse on how to run with shit communication. Uhaul will never be used by me again, ill take my money else where. Would rather use a horse n buggy to move then u haul. Its not these small vendors fault its whos running the show.

My rental was blocked by another vehicle. Had to go back into office to get it moved.
