The uHaul IT sucks. The web check-in nor the app check-in worked. It stalled when the scan of the driver's licence was required. The in-store attempt was frustrated as their vendor check-in system didn't work either. In the end, it took 2 hours to get this vehicle signed out.

Complicated after hrs checking. A 19.95 3 hr rental with the Inflated mileage charge for $1.32/ mi for 19 miles , should have been about $65. A complicated after hr check in on your phone appeared to have worked but apparently didn't so another $20 was added . The gas was on full at the beginning but still took 10 litres and showed above full on the gauge. That works out to 7 mpg. Or more likely wasn't full to begin with. I would like a refund of the $20 after hr charge. My last Rental from budget didn't charge this. I think $65 for 3 hrs and 19 miles is more than a fair price.

Overcharged on fuel. I drove less than 20km and the gas needle didn't move and I was charged an $18 fuel charge. That felt greasy.

This location was the drop location I used after the apple maps program wouldn't find the correct drop location I was supposed to use. Darren was on his days off and was still able to provide an amazing level of customer service to make sure my vehicle was checked in properly.

First of all let me tell you about the inconvenience of your online rental application. I initially rented a van for the convenience and comfort level that I was willing to drive to Kelona well moving my daughter. I was upgraded in your employees terms exactly, however to me this was not an upgrade. I was not happy with this upgrade. Your online staff confirming my reservation did not seem to understand that I was not excited about this. Going forward I will think twice about my reservation options.

The Pickup location is fine! No problems there. My problem is with the U-haul company! The Mobile Pickup App sucks! I spend 45 minutes getting the code to release the key from the box. A lot of the info could have been entered ahead of time!!!!!!!!!!!! The "gas fill" policy sucks. I ended up paying $22.22 for 21.6 liters (5.71 US GALLONS!) for 25 Miles!!!! Obviously the tank wasn't full when I got it. I am not pleased with the "contact" phoning - it required 4 calls on your part and 2 different numberts (contacts) on my part! That crap could all have been entered ahead of time!!!!!

The online services are horrible! The company doesn't make it clear to the customer that the truck is guaranteed but not the location to pick up the truck. Claims a check in call prior to your move day but then doesn't follow through. Leaving the customer under the impression that all is good to go. When to your horrible surprise, it is in NO way all good to go. By conducting business this way you are putting your customers in a nasty position, causing them additional costs and stress on top of the already stressful experience of moving. When the location has nothing to do with Uhaul and must delegate all issues to HQ, this too, adds to frustrations that more times than not, end up on whom ever is at the location instead of Uhaul itself. I recommend the location and feel bad for their staff but my experience with Uhaul was absolutely horrible and cost me $500 more for hired help due to the extreme negligence from Uhaul. I also find it boarder line criminal for a company that charges gas and mileage to have such a disgraceful attitude of making it sound like it's no big deal to just send the customer on a 30min drive out of their way to pick up another truck as some sort of a solution to the mistake that the customer did not make. NOT impressed at all!! You gave my well in advanced reserved truck to someone else. Under the circumstances, and as it would be with any other company, I should not have paid a dime for a 5 hour wait and a small truck, which of course led to more trips, time, effort, pain and mileage. A $60 give back doesn't even come close to the unnecessary drama that Uhaul caused for me and my family! Never again!!!

Online sign in did not work. Needed the truck for 1000am but had to wait for the business to open at 1200. When I called U-Haul the representative said she can't help me sign in and transfered me to the self services department. Was on hold for 1hr before giving up as I figured it was best to do this in person. Considering a different company for my next move in 2 weeks time.

Although I paid for the rental of a dolly and furniture pads, I was not actually given them at all. What a waste of money. Not to mention that my mileage would have been cut in half (below the allowed mileage) if I didn't have to drive to another city to pick it up.

Uhaul was great when I called to have issues fixed ,.. but the pick up location was horrible. The uhaul reaked of fuel , the guy at the front counter listed it with 1/2 tank of gas when i got in and turned it on it was only at 1/4 of a tank

I was charged wrong, they changed my location to a location in another city and I had to drive there to get it, they never even notified me of the change and all they did for that was charge me 20 cents less per Km. They could have offered to have me drop it off somewhere closer but they didn't give me that option. I was also charged a $20 fee for no reason. Do not recommend. Also I asked to speak to a manager on u haul support and they said no he is busy. Pathetic.
