Miss Tiffany was very friendly and professional; we had an issue with the check-in, but she worked very diligently to get everything processed. I greatly appreciate her.

Elton GThankful for problem free and stress free set up and pick up.
Elton GThe person that I had contact with, and the salon did not speak any English. I was delayed because U-Haul couldn’t get in touch with the person that was doing the rentals. This was just a minor inconvenience.. however it was raining, and when I was doing the picture upload before checking the truck out the pictures wouldn’t attach for some reason, causing me to be out in the rain longer. Also a check engine light came on shortly after I picked up the truck.
Jim HThe vehicle was ready before hand, the manager (Tiffany) had constant communication and made the rental pick up process and return - user friendly. The service was top-notch. I will definitely be a return customer.
