The lady , Aurélie, is very nice . There was a double reservation on my trailer but fortunately a 5 X 9. came in just before I got there . However I was going to be charged for 16.95$ for the 5 X 8 but got my invoice at 19.95 $ I will call the dealer later on

This location is a convenience store/gas station. There were 2 clerks behind the counter, a young man and a young woman. While the young woman was takung care of my rental, thebyoung man kept teasing and tickling her. I thought that was very unprofessionnal. That also delayed the service I was getting, not by much but still. The return was much better.

Jonathan Ci could not check in or out using the app. I called and did it over the phone. 3 hours after I returned the trailer, i got a call from Uhaul saying i never picked up the trailer... and had to do it all over again.
Gabriel ATruck interior was dirty, also the service airbag warning dit not make me feel safe.
