When I reserve an appliance kart with straps as per picture when reserving I expect to have it available when picking up the truck! If not available then don’t make it available when reserving online. A regular box kart is NOT an appliance kart!

The truck was a mess

Zakaria EIt would be nice that when we select a location, that we would be aware of what type of equipment they have (e.g. appliance dolly or not), upon reservation. Today, I had to go to another UHaul to get the appliance dolly because, even though I had reserved one online, there was none at the location upon retrieval of the truck.
Marc-Andre LJ'avais réservé avec confirmation pour 13h30 et a mon arrivée il avais pas de camion. Le camion arriverais peut être pour 14h00. Il a fallu appeler au service client. En plus il mon charger 6 couvertures que je n'ai pas eut car il en avais pas ! Vraiment déçus. Pas la faute du commis mais du système de réservation !
