The clerk was non experimented. No vérification We left and on the autoroute the back door open we had to stop On the return the Guy did no vérification WE had to tell him to go and Check the truck. For us to be clear. So for all thèse reason we will never recommand that Uhaul location

maybe have the trailer wire in hand and train the personnel to know what it is cause each time that cause headache to everybody to find out the wire. but in global everything was smooth and convenient.
