The equipment was not ready when we got there. Which made us late to work. The trailer was behind a large toy hauler. The employee said i don't have anything to move it. inferring i should use my car and tow it out of the way. i said i am not using my car to move that it will ruin my car. after a few minutes the lazy employee went around the building into their other yard and got a truck and a ball. moved the toy hauler easily. he charged me for 3 days. i came there at 347 pm on the Friday and was finally off the lot with the trailer at 411pm i asked to return the trailer at 415 on the Sunday and without letting me know i would be charged for 3 days because of a few minutes extra so one extra day he didnt give me that info. This is terrible customer service. Lazy and doesn't care about the customer at all. Penny at the Sutton branch booked me for 2 days. She has always been fantastic to deal with. i will never use this Pefferlaw location again.
