One of the back dual tires was totally flat… but the truck was driveable. The owner was fantastic and very helpful. YOUR SELF SERVE PICK UP APPLICATION SUCKS. There should be a way to enter all the information WAY before renting the truck in order to speed up the process. The whole thing is unbelievably frustrating. Do better.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNobody there when to pick it up. U Haul didn't mention that to me. Took 2 1/2 to sort it out. That put me way behind. There was a metal bar rubbing on the tire, could have caused a serious accident. Only had just over a quarter tank of gas. This should not have happened. I will be going to a different rental next time I rent a truck.
